1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, booking a discovery call, purchasing a coaching program, downloading a resource or otherwise engaging with Sachi Coaching, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or services.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the 'Client', 'user' or 'you') and Sachi Coaching (the 'Coach', 'we', 'us' or 'our').

2. Nature of Coaching Services

Sachi Coaching provides professional life-coaching services intended to support personal and professional growth. Coaching is a thought-partnership focused on clarity, goal-setting, mindset, confidence, communication and accountability. It is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, legal, financial, or professional counselling of any kind.

You acknowledge that coaching outcomes depend on your active participation, honesty, commitment and willingness to take action. While we bring proven frameworks and full presence to every engagement, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, income, career advancement or emotional result.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase coaching services or enter into a coaching agreement. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. Booking, Scheduling and Sessions

Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Once booked, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice are considered forfeited and are not refunded.

Sessions typically last 45 to 90 minutes depending on the program you have purchased. Sessions are delivered via video conference unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) on the Programs page and are payable in advance unless a written payment plan has been agreed. Prices may change at any time; you will always be charged the price in effect at the time of your booking.

Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in suspension or termination of your coaching engagement. Unpaid balances may be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

6. Refunds

Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has been delivered. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for complete details on what is and is not eligible for a refund, and how to request one.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared in coaching as strictly confidential, subject to the exceptions outlined in our Privacy Policy. You also agree to keep confidential any proprietary frameworks, worksheets, meditations, curriculum or private client stories shared with you during your engagement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, downloads and course materials — is the property of Sachi Coaching or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, sell or exploit any content without prior written permission.

Your personal notes and reflections created during coaching are yours. Frameworks, prompts and templates provided by us remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for personal use only.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website or services in any manner that: (a) violates any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringes on the rights of others; (c) disrupts the operation of the site or its security; (d) attempts to reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to systems; or (e) transmits harmful, harassing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable content.

10. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Any testimonials or case studies on this website reflect the experiences of specific individuals. They are not typical, guaranteed or promised results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sachi Coaching, its owners, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific coaching service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three (3) months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sachi Coaching from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these terms, your misuse of the services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or coaching services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, engage in conduct we deem inappropriate, or if continuing the engagement is no longer in your or our best interest. Any pre-paid, unused sessions after such termination will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date. Continued use of the website or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
